Who are these programmes designed for?

Our programmes are designed for Malaysians aged 40 and above who want to understand their household debt more clearly. You do not need any background in finance — these courses start from where most people actually are, not from an assumed level of knowledge.

Are the sessions held in person or online?

The first programme uses evening webinars. The second includes both online sessions and small-group workshops in Melaka and Kuala Lumpur. The comprehensive programme uses in-person monthly seminars in small, confidential groups. We will confirm arrangements when you register.

How is my information kept private?

We treat all personal and financial information with full discretion. Group sessions never require you to share your specific figures with others — exercises are done privately. All records are stored securely and are never disclosed without your explicit written consent.

What is AKPK and why does it matter?

AKPK (Agensi Kaunseling dan Pengurusan Kredit) is a Malaysian government-linked agency that assists individuals with financial difficulties. Our counsellors are familiar with AKPK's Debt Management Programme and can help you understand whether and how it might apply to your situation.

How do I pay, and are there instalment options?

Payment details are discussed during your initial enquiry. We accept bank transfer and will discuss scheduling that is appropriate to your circumstances. Please contact us to ask about instalment arrangements for the longer programmes.

What happens after the programme ends?

Participants in the Comprehensive Programme retain access to recorded sessions and keep their recovery binder. For all programmes, we are available by phone or email for brief follow-up questions for 30 days after completion.
